William J. Benningfield, 48, of 810 Spring Meadows Drive in Lexington was arrested Nov. 19 on I-64 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol under aggravating circumstances, first offense and reckless driving.
Lyrisa M. Perry, 29, of 244 Heaven Hill Road, No. 201 was arrested Nov. 21 on Boone Station Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second offense, reckless driving, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), first offense, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), first offense, first-degree wanton endangerment, endangering the welfare of a minor (2 counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Anastasio Garcia-Rodriquez, 35, of Louisville was arrested Nov. 28 on I-64 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, no operator’s license, failure to wear a seatbelt and failure to maintain required insurance.
Drugs
Greg Marshall, 58, of 4512 Micklenburg Court in Louisville was arrested Nov. 27 on Kent Street and charged with driving on a suspended license, no seat belt, possession of marijuana and promoting contraband.
Steve O. Shaver, 62, of 579 Eminence Pike was arrested Nov. 21 on Haven Hill Road and charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), first offense, first-degree wanton endangerment, endangering the welfare of a minor (2 counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
James Louden, 32, of 107160 Elmburg Road in Pleasureville was arrested Nov. 21 on Boone Station Road and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evident, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, public intoxication (excludes alcohol), menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), first offense, first-degree wanton endangerment and endangering the welfare of a minor (2 counts). He was also served with a Shelby County warrant for failure to pay fines.
