Shelby County Grand Jury Indictments Sept. 12, 2012

Samuel T. Shouse, 24, of 400 Main St. was indicted for theft by unlawful taking.

Derek Richardson, 32, of 1479 Hannah Road was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment (2 counts), first-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, second-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, second offense, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, reckless driving, failure to wear a seat belt and no/expired registration plates.

Torrence A. Brown, 49, of 5129 Bell Court was indicted for flagrant non-support.

Justin R. Lea, 28, of 189 Kentucky St. was indicted for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree burglary and receiving stolen property under $10,000 (complicity).

Katy R. East, 29, of 189 Kentucky St. was indicted for second-degree burglary and receiving stolen property under $10,000 (complicity).

Eric S. Monroe, 24, of 1735 Village Lane was indicted for unlawful transaction with a minor, second-degree burglary (complicity) and theft of a controlled substance (complicity).

Guthrie Louis Ford, 67, of 815 Bland St. No. 3 was indicted for second-degree robbery.

Jerry Brandon Prewitt, 29, of 385 Copper Creek in Crab Orchard was indicted for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
