Shelby County Grand Jury Indictments March 28, 2014

Joshua T. Phillips, 30, and Dee Ann Bowman Phillips, 27, of 159 Baker Drive were indicted for theft by extortion, complicity theft by extortion, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, prescription not in an approved container, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Lori L. Perry, 39, of 10701 Frankfort Road was indicted for fraudulent use of a credit card under $10,000, and fraudulent use of a credit card under $500.

Chevez Marquise Johnson, 20, of 1413 Lafonenay Court in Louisville was indicted for third-degree assault.

Bruce A. Boerner, 46, of 74 Spruce St. was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, second offense, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to maintain insurance, rear license not illuminated, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle, failure to or improper signal, failure to wear a seatbelt, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), possession of a controlled substance (heroin), first offense, and tampering with physical evidence.

Roger W. Baker, 35, of 1000 Aiken Road was indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 but under $1 million.

Jeffrey Allen Adkins, 55, of 113 2nd St. in Rainelle, W.Va., and William J. Nutter, 38, of 1514 Russellville, W.Va., were indicted for theft by unlawful taking under $10,000 complicity and attempted theft by unlawful taking under $10,000.

Diandre Montrel Goodwin, 33, of 1732 Marlow Road in Louisville was indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $500 but less than $10,000 and third-degree criminal trespassing.

Blake Patterson, 28, of 608 Auburn Place Court in Louisville was indicted for unlawful access to a computer and theft by unlawful taking over $500 but less than $10,000.
