Joshua J. Hale of 6011 Kavanaugh Lane in Crestwood was indicted for first-degree unlawful access to a computer.

Stephen Allen of 93 Lanter Drive in Shelbyville was indicted for third-degree burglary, complicity; theft by unlawful taking over $500 complicity and first-degree criminal mischief complicity.

Duron Campbell of 28 North 7th Street in Shelbyville was indicted for third-degree burglary, complicity; theft by unlawful taking over $500 complicity and first-degree criminal mischief complicity.

Jeffrey L. Riggins of Greenview Motel in Shelbyville was indicted for third-degree burglary, complicity; theft by unlawful taking over $500 complicity and first-degree criminal mischief complicity.

Ashley A. Greene of 613 W. St. Catherine St. in Louisville was indicted for theft of identity, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, operation of a motor vehicle by a person whose license has been revoked, suspended, cancelled or denied, giving a false name or address to a peace officer, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, first offense, reckless driving, speeding, failure to wear a seat belt and failure to produce an insurance card.

Casey D. McCall of 5264 Dobson Lane in Shelbyville was indicted trafficking in marijuana, subsequent offender, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, 3rd offense and failure to notify the Transportation Cabinet of a change of address.

Charles G. White of Shelbyville was indicted for operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked or suspended for driving under the influence, 3rd or subsequent offense under aggravating circumstances, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, 3rd offense, under aggravating circumstances, operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to maintain require insurance, reckless driving and being a persistent felony offender.

Buffy Flanagan of 706 Greenwood Court in Shelbyville was indicted for second-degree assault, 3 counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, first offense.

Michelle L. Fisher of 311 Parkwood Place in Frankfort was indicted for second-degree assault, 2 counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree fleeing or evading police, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants under aggravating circumstances, first offense, reckless driving, improper passing and speeding.

Stefan Elzy of 1716 Bayberry Drive in Shelbyville was indicted for second-degree robbery, fourth-degree domestic assault and third-degree criminal trespass.

Marvin Humberto Cerna, of 203 Lynne Acres in Shelbyville was indicted for first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft of identity, resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct.

George W. Ridener Jr. of city at large in Shelbyville was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree assault, receiving stolen property (firearm), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree fleeing and evading police, resisting arrest and first-degree disorderly conduct.

Eric D. Cox of 215 Lakeshore Drive in Simpsonville was charged by Shelby Circuit Court with theft by unlawful taking over $500.
