Shelby County Grand Jury Indictments June 29, 2012

Anthony W. Manning, 26, of 103 Spring St. in Simpsonville, was indicted for third-degree burglary and theft of a controlled substance.

Jacob C. Browning, 20, of 1038 Pleasureville Road was indicted for receiving stolen property under $10,000 and receiving stolen property under $500.

Cody O. Tucker, 25, of 97 Brookview Drive and Stephanie Tucker, 19, of 97 Brookview Drive were indicted for second-degree burglary (complicity) and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
