Shelby County Grand Jury Indictments June 29, 2012

Anthony W. Manning, 26, of 103 Spring St. in Simpsonville, was indicted for third-degree burglary and theft of a controlled substance.

Jacob C. Browning, 20, of 1038 Pleasureville Road was indicted for receiving stolen property under $10,000 and receiving stolen property under $500.

Cody O. Tucker, 25, of 97 Brookview Drive and Stephanie Tucker, 19, of 97 Brookview Drive were indicted for second-degree burglary (complicity) and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.

Kendrick Chambers, 48, of 1014 High Street was indicted for second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Brandy E. Rion, 32, of 106 3rd St. and Tabitha J. Greer, 26, of 504 Sycamore Terrace were indicted for theft by unlawful taking, complicity.

Shauna Inez Wilson, address unknown, 41, was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine) and being a persistent felony offender.

Roger Ervin Lewis, 29, of 3897 Briar Ridge Road in Mount Eden was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (oxycodone).

Russell Franklin, 41, of 10111 Mount Eden Road and Scottie W. King, 34, of 189 Baker Court in Mount Eden were indicted for cultivation in marijuana, complicity and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Montez L. Bowen, 30, of 2913 Hewitt Place Court in Louisville and Matthew S. Johnson, 28, of 120 Valley View Drive were indicted for first-degree robbery, complicity and first-degree wanton endangerment.

Melody Johnson, 36, of an unstated address was indicted for fraudulent use of a credit card, receipt of a credit card or debit card  and operation of a motor vehicle by a person whose license has been revoked or suspended.

Matthew T. Wells was indicted for being a persistent felony offender.
