Billy Bryant of 488 Cedarmore Road in Bagdad was indicted for third-degree sodomy.

Bruce A. Boerner of 1741 Robin in Shelbyville was indicted for third-degree assault, resisting arrest, fleeing or evading police second-degree, fourth-degree assault, second-degree disorderly conduct, and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Mathew J. Hornback of 5824 Vigo Road in Bagdad was indicted for first-degree bail jumping.

Larry E. Farmer of 3361 LaGrange Road in Smithfield was indicted for second-degree burglary.
