Jessie Allen Stump, 60, of 110 Ada Avenue, was indicted for first-degree rape and incest.

Nils C. Hamilton, 23, of 102 Hazel Lawn Drive was indicted for first-degree sodomy.

Carla L. Franklin, 41, of 603 Indian Ridge Apartments was indicted for false statements/misrepresentations in order to receive public assistance benefits.

Eric D. Adams, 37, of 1604 Bonnie Brae Drive was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
