Shelby County Grand Jury Indictments July 17, 2009

David Armstrong of 5311 Guest Avenue in Louisville,  was indicted for flagrant non-support.

Juan Carlos Querapa of 460 Old Seven Mile Pike in Shelbyville, was indicted for first-degree assault.

Fraser Williams of 4332 Garfield St. NW in Washington, DC, was indicted for third-degree assault, resisting arrest, first-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, first offense and reckless driving.
