Shelby County Grand Jury Indictments July 13, 2012

Erastro Ramirez-Salas, 29, of unknown address in Shelbyville was indicted for theft of identity of another without consent and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Brandy E. Rion, 32, of 106 3rd St. in Simpsonville was indicted for theft by deception under $10,000.

Gary E. Stoops Jr., 27, of 315 Cherrywood Drive was indicted for receiving stolen property under $10,000 and for second-degree burglary.

Bobby Stevenson, 31, of 81 Kent St. No. 7 was indicted for flagrant nonsupport.
