Shelby County Grand Jury Indictments Jan. 3, 2014

James W. Devore III, 21, of Shelbyville and Hanna L. Long, 22, of Shelbyville were indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (oxycodone), complicity, possession of drug paraphernalia, complicity, a controlled substance prescription not in an approved container, first offense, possession of marijuana and disregarding a stop sign.

Joseph E. McCormick, 24, of 93 Jonathan Circle was indicted for first-degree criminal abuse of a child under 12 years old.

Clarence D. Hughes III, 32, of 1695 Robin Road was indicted for third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest.

Joshua Harris, 21, of 110 Berea St. No. F was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and first-degree promotion of contraband.

Ashley A. Johnson, 22, and Ty Thompson, 22, both of 116 Berea St. were indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine), complicity, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), complicity and possession of drug paraphernalia, complicity.

Treyvenn R. Reed, 18, of 116 Berea St. was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine), trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alonzo L. Dixon, 18, of 116 Berea St. was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Benjamin Berryman, 20, of 93 Lanter Ave. was indicted for first-degree criminal mischief.

Christopher A. Hensley, 28, of 607 Clairview Drive in Simpsonville was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree wanton endangerment and tampering with physical evidence.

James F. Collins, 56, of 11066 Elmburg Road was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment and third-degree terroristic threatening.
