Shelby County Grand Jury Indictments Jan. 11, 2013

Vanessa Bravo, 28, of 423 Sawmill Road in West Haven, Conn., was indicted for third-degree rape.

David Franklin of 263 Old Highway 22 in Pleasureville was indicted for first-degree illegal possession of a controlled substance (meth), first-degree wanton endangerment (2 counts), first-degree fleeing and evading police on foot, first-degree fleeing and evading police in a motor vehicle, trafficking in marijuana, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, no motorcycle operator’s license, failure to display legal registration plate and no/expired registration.

Yusaf Ali Austin, 40, of 504 Midland Blvd. was indicted for second-degree assault, second-degree robbery, first-degree wanton endangerment  (4 counts), resisting arrest, and possession of handgun by a convicted felon.

Tanner Williamson, 19, of 105 Rolling Ridge Way in Simpsonville was indicted for second-degree burglary, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and receiving a stolen firearm.

Guadalupe Garcia-Ramirez, 26, of unknown address was indicted for first-degree sexual abuse.

Ramos Maynor, 30, of Shelby Hall Drive was indicted for third-degree sodomy and third-degree rape.

Hermelinda Ramos-Perez of Shelby Hall Drive No. 101 was indicted for first-degree criminal abuse.

Samuel Shouse, 25, of 6050 Taylorsville Road was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine), first-degree illegal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), and public intoxication.
