Shelby County Grand Jury Indictments Feb. 29, 2012

Stacy M. Brown, 32, of 266 Benson Pike was indicted on two counts of making false statements or representations to received public assistance benefits.

Brandon L. Shuck, 26, of 308 Woodhill Drive in Frankfort was indicted for first-degree burglary, being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft by unlawful taking (firearm) and theft by unlawful taking under $500.

George Burgin Jr., 47, of 802 Main St. was indicted for second-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking under $500.
