Shelby County Grand Jury Indictments Feb. 29, 2012

Stacy M. Brown, 32, of 266 Benson Pike was indicted on two counts of making false statements or representations to received public assistance benefits.

Brandon L. Shuck, 26, of 308 Woodhill Drive in Frankfort was indicted for first-degree burglary, being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft by unlawful taking (firearm) and theft by unlawful taking under $500.

George Burgin Jr., 47, of 802 Main St. was indicted for second-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking under $500.

Ashlie Adams,  29, of 691 Maddox Onan Road in Pleasureville was indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $500.

Elvis Galindo, 21, of 1728 Village Lane was indicted for being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun, third-degree terroistic threatening and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

Urivio Galindo, 45, of 1728 Village Lane was indicted for intimidating a participant in a legal process complicity and intimidating a participant in a legal process.

Linda C. Poole, 57, of 7345 Elmburg Road in Bagdad was indicted on 2 counts of theft by unlawful taking under $10,000, and 11 counts of theft by unlawful taking  over $10,000 and 7 counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Ashley Hughes, 28, of 2943 Waddy Road was indicted for second-degree burglary.

Emily B. Pyles, 29, of 233 Buck Creek Road in Simpsonville was indicted for theft by unlawful taking.

Michael D. Lieser, 24, of 1607 Juniper Drive was indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $500.

Randall Wilkins, 35, of 2488 Bardstown Trail in Waddy was indicted for planting, cultivating or harvesting marijuana with the intent to sell or transfer, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Earl R. Stoudemire, 39, of 24 Maidie Lane was indicted for making false statements to obtain or increase benefits.

Thaddiues L. Hardin, 29, of 3206 Virginia Ave. in Louisville was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, complicity, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, complicity, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.

James E. Brangers, 32, of 4604 Fegenbush Lane in Louisville was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, complicity and possession of a defaced firearm.

William L. Rucker, 25, of 69 Arbor Green Lane was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, complicity and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, complicity.
