Christopher L. Coulter of Shelbyville was indicted for second-degree burglary and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.

Angela M. Winstead of Shelbyville was indicted for flagrant nonsupport.

David Chesser of Taylorsville was charged by the Shelby Circuit Court with flagrant nonsupport.
