Shelby County Grand Jury Indictments

A Shelby County grand jury recently indicted the following:

• Radari M. Lee of Shelbyville was indicted for fleeing and evading police (in a motor vehicle), fleeing or evading police (on foot), resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).

• Ray Edward Moore and Sheila Faye Fletcher of Shelbyville were indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine).

• David Lockard of Shelbyville was indicted for second-degree burglary and six counts of theft by unlawful taking over $300.
