Shelby County football coach Todd Shipley had an electronic clock installed last spring in his team’s locker room.

“When we put it in, it said we had a hundred and six days until LaRue County,” Shipley said Wednesday night. “I looked at it today, and there were just two days and two hours and something until kickoff. I remember when we put it up – it was May – I said, we have a long time to go.”
