Rockets grab 8th Region Title

Coty Minnis scored 13 of his team-high 15 points in the fourth quarter as the Rockets rallied for a 49-48 win over Gallatin County in the 8th Region championship game Wednesday at Henry County High School.

Shelby County trailed 47-46 with 19 seconds to play after Minnis converted an old fashioned three-point play. Gallatin County then hit just one of two free throws to hold a 48-46 lead with 14 seconds left.
