The Shelby County road supervisor now has the authority to restrict parking on some streets and roads in Shelby County, but he says he has no particular neighbor targeted.
“At this time, I do not have any plans for that, but that could change, especially as it gets closer to winter,” Road Supervisor Carl Henry said.
The Shelby County Fiscal Court passed on second reading Tuesday night an ordinance granting Henry the authority to establish no stopping, time-limit parking or no-parking zones on county roads, and even in some subdivisions.
