Project Linus blanket day

Crescent Place hosted Project Linus national blanket day on Saturday. Volunteers from the area made seven blankets and raised donations for the project to help area children in need. Those participating were (from left, standing) Pam Fields, Courtney and Wilda Woodyard, Lynn Wallace, Maisy Tungate, Becky Jew, Barbara Donnahoe; and (seated) Bobbie McCarthy and Barbara Hill.
