Prison escappe still at large

The Kentucky State Police have reported that a convict has escaped from the Blackburn Correctional Complex in Lexington and could be in this vicinity.

Post 12 officials report that on Saturday at 8:33 p.m., Charles Ray Locke escaped.

Kentucky State Police trooper Ron Turley said Locke may be headed to the Daviess County area.

Locke is described as a 53-old white male who weighs 160 pounds, and is 5 feet, 10 inches tall. When he was last seen, he had brown hair and blue eyes. He has a dragon tattoo on his back, a butterfly/snake tattoo on his chest, and a spider/Russian emblem on his left arm.

His date of birth is Oct. 3, 1955.
