Overall retires

After presenting Vivian Overall with a gift, Shelby County Public Schools Superintendent James Neihof hugged her  during Thursday’s school board meeting, Overall’s last as the district’s human resource coordinator. After 15 years with the district, Overall retired from her second profession. She also had worked for 30 years at the state’s Cabinet for Human Resources. Overall received a standing ovation from the crowd and the board for her work.
