The owners of Ethington Auto, charged with 169 counts of failure to process paperwork properly on the sale of autos, were in court briefly Thursday, only to receive a new court date set for May.
Donnie Ethington, 70, of Shelbyville and William Ledford, 84, of Somerset appeared in Shelby District Court for a pre-trial conference with their attorney, Sam Carl of Louisville, to receive a new court date of May. 18.
