Who we are:  Cesar Villatoro has owned and sold a Spanish groceries and bakeries and said he believes Shelbyville is the perfect location for a new store. He and his wife, Glendy, have opened their store just off Midland Trail, right behind Hometown Pizza.

What we do: Villatoro has been in grocery business for 13 years. He specializes in daily fresh-baked bread, special cuts of meat and a complete line of groceries. He plans to be open seven days a week. Glendy does the baking.

What we say: “I want people to know I am here to serve their needs with daily fresh- made empanada pastries and have special orders for large orders,” Cesar Villatoro said.

Hours: 7 days a week, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
