Margaret Virgene Phillips, 94, died Tuesday, February 21, 2012 in New Castle.

She was a native of Beaver County, PA and a former resident of Akron, OH and Shelbyville. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Stow, OH and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Paul Phillips.
