A Shelbyville man is listed in fair condition at the University of Louisville Hospital where he was taken after a single-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon.
Robert L. Tingle, 66, was injured when he flipped his 2000 Nissan pickup on Interstate 64 at about 2:38 p.m. near Mile Marker 32, police said.
Kentucky State Police spokesperson Kendra Wilson said Tingle was traveling west on I-64 when his vehicle left the roadway and struck an earthen embankment, causing the vehicle to overturn. The vehicle came to rest on the right lane, leaving Tingle trapped inside the vehicle.
