A bizarre case of hide-and-go seek vandalism has led to charges against a Michigan man.
Stone Gray McVeigh, 20, of Lenox, Mich., was apprehended at the Walmart in Shelbyville Nov. 9 in a case of toothbrush vandalism, according to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.
A sheriff’s report said a store manager saw McVeigh and began to watch him as he took two battery-operated toothbrushes from their packages.
But McVeigh did not attempt to steal the toothbrushes, the report said.
