A Taylorsville man has been charged in connection with the severe beating and robbery of another man in Shelbyville in December.
Clinton Wesley Moore, 32, was charged Friday with second-degree assault and second-degree robbery that occurred Dec. 13, Shelbyville Police said.
The reports states that Moore beat a friend, who is unidentified, in the head and face with his fists, causing serious damage. He then stole his cell phone, the report says, leaving him with no way to call for help for his injuries.
