Man arrested after threats at hotel

A man was arrested Saturday after stating to hotel guests he "had to kill somebody" and making other threats while he brandished a large, fixed-blade knife. Jacob Howard, 57, of Pleasureville, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Saturday in his fourth-floor room at the Ramada Inn located on Breighten Circle.
