Jury trial set for Poole in 2013

A jury trial has been scheduled for next spring for Linda Poole, a Bagdad woman who was indicted in February for embezzling more than $110,000 from her employer.

At her disposition hearing in Shelby Circuit Court on Tuesday, Poole was given a date of April 10 for a jury trial and a pretrial date of March 18.

Frequently, any plea bargains that may arise are accepted on pretrial dates.
