Centro Latino will host the Kentucky Bi-National Health fair Saturday, despite protests from some who claim the event could provide free care to Hispanics who violate immigration laws.
The fair will be held at the agency's office, 121 Main St. in Shelbyville from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Centro Latino Programs Director, Carolina Palero, Tuesday said several businesses, health care providers and government agencies will set up booths at the event. The fair's organizers expect to draw about 300 people.
