Grand Jury Indictments Feb. 13, 2009

Douglas Todd of Louisville was indicted on 11 counts of unlawful taking over $300 and four counts of unlawful taking under $300.

Eric A. Pequeno of Shelbyville was indicted for theft of identity.

Erney L. Howard of Waddy has been charged by the Shelby Circuit Court with flagrant nonsupport.

Dwayne Edward Glaab of Louisville has been charged by the Shelby Circuit Court with third-degree burglary.
