Fundraiser for Blake Hundley

The Finchville Homemakers sponsored a benefit yard sale at the Finchville Baptist Church for Blake Hundley, raising $2,077. Blake, 6, was diagnosed with a Medulloblastomas tumor attached to the brain stem, which was removed, but cancer cells in the spinal fluid were found later. He has finished six weeks of chemo/radiation, and after an off period of four weeks, he has now resumed an aggressive form of chemo treatments for nine months with a stay of three to five days in the hospital with each treatment.
