Frankfort police seek escaped inmate

Spiegel, 36, was convicted in Franklin County Circuit Court and has lived in Frankfort.

He is described as a white male, 6 feet tall and weighing 225 pounds.  He has black hair and brow eyes. Spiegel was last seen in Louisville at 2:49 p.m. Thursday.

He was convicted on assorted burglary and arson charges.
