Foster receives trophy

Bailey Foster, currently a fourth-grader at Painted Stone Elementary, recently was presented with a trophy for receiving a "Distinguished" score in both reading and math on the KPREP test.  He was one of only five students (in third grade at time of test) to earn this distinction.  Fourth-grade teacher Lauralee Samples (left) presents him with the trophy. Bailey's parents are Tony and Tammy Foster.
