Finalist in Kentucky pre-teen pageant

Jessica Buckler, daughter of John and Patricia Buckler of Shelbyville, was selected as a finalist in the Pre-Teen Kentucky Scholarship and Recognition program held July 1-3 at the Hyatt Regency in Lexington. State finalists will be evaluated on academic achievement, volunteer service to the community, school honors and activities, development of personal skills and abilities, general knowledge, communicative ability and on-state acknowledgement of accomplishments.
