Bagdad Baptist
Easter Sunday services will be 8:30 Early Service, 9 Breakfast, 10: Sunday School, 10:45 Easter Service. The Youth will have a fundraiser Dinner Theater 6-8 p.m. on April 30 performing a play, “Virgil’s First Easter,” while serving dinner.  The youth are accepting donations and selling tickets. “Son-Rise” Services is 7 a.m. on Easter Sunday at the Beechridge Cemetery. There will be a breakfast following in the Beechridge Activity Center. Sunday School is 9:45 a.m. with worship following at 10:45 a.m.
Burks Branch Baptist
The church choir will perform Come to the Cross, an Easter cantata, 11 a.m. Sunday.
Centenary Methodist
GLOW Children’s Choir shares during both services on Palm Sunday, April 17. Maundy Thursday Service is 7 p.m. April 21 (a nursery is available for children 3 and under). Experience “Stations of the Cross” at your own pace is noon-6 p.m. Good Friday, April 22 (no nursery is available). CYF Sunrise Service, followed by breakfast is Easter Sunday, April 24; “SUNBEAM” Children’s Choir shares during 8:48 and 11 a.m. services.
Christiansburg Baptist Church
An Easter Egg Hunt is 2-4 p.m. April 23 for children ages 2-10. All  younger children must be accompanied by an adult. The choir will present the Easter Cantata, The King is Coming at the 11 a.m. worship service Easter Sunday, April 24. The Lord’s Supper will be observed following the cantata.  Services for that evening will be cancelled.
Clay Village Baptist
Children’s Parade of Palms and Communion Service during Morning Worship is 11 a.m. Palm Sunday, April 17. Holy Week student service is 6:30 p.m. April 20. Good Friday Student Service is April 22. Resurrection service is 7:30 a.m. April 24. Sausage/pancake breakfast is served at 8:15 a.m. Children’s Easter Egg Hunt is following breakfast.  Sunday School for all ages is 10 a.m. During worship hour at 11 a.m. is “Hallelujah!  Praise The Lamb,” a Celebration for Easter is presented by the adult choir. All evening services are cancelled.
Emmanuel Baptist
The church will have Bible study at 9:45 a.m. on Easter Sunday and worship at 11 a.m.
Finchville Baptist
The FBC choir leads us in celebration with the Easter Cantata 11 a.m. April 17 during the worship service. King’s Kids Easter Program is 6:30 p.m. April 20. Come out and enjoy a great night of worship as our children ministry performs their Easter program. Good Friday Service is 7 p.m. April 22. Family EGGstravaganza is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. April 23 at the Finchville Park. Events include lunch, games and an Easter egg hunt for all ages. A sunrise service and breakfast is 6:45 a.m. April 24, followed by breakfast. Resurrection Celebration is 10:30 a.m.
First Baptist Fisherville
The First Baptist Church of Fisherville will present its The Living Lord’s Supper pageant at  10:50 a.m. April 17 and 7 p.m. on April 21. There is no admission charge, and childcare will be provided. On Easter Sunday there will be a churchwide breaktast at 8:30 and the Easter service at 10:50. The First Baptist Church of Fisherville is located on Taylorsville Road, 2 miles south of the Gene Snyder Freeway.
First Baptist Shelbyville
Easter services are 8:30 and 11 a.m. The Cantata is April 17, one service at 11 a.m., followed by a meal in the Family Life Center. The chorus and orchestra will perform with a drama of “Living Last Supper.”
First Christian
The church will observe a 24-hour prayer vigil beginning at noon on April 21 and concluding at noon on Good Friday. The Maundy Thursday service will begin at 7 p.m. April 21. There will be an Easter Egg Hunt for the children (preschool through 5th grade) 2-4 p.m. April 23. The Easter Sunrise Service will begin at 7:30 a.m. The Diaconate sponsors the Sunrise Breakfast following the Sunrise Service (approximately 8:15 a.m.) The tickets are $5 each and may be purchased from any member of the Diaconate.  The meal will include sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, juice, milk and coffee.
First Presbyterian
This Sunday is Palm Sunday.  Celebrate new life during Easter by donating to Heifer International and providing a flock of chicks or a trio of rabbits to hungry families.  A station will be set up in the Assembly Room before and following worship.  Cards will be available to remember someone special with this unique gift.
Graefenburg Baptist
The Baptist, Methodist, and Christian Churches of Graefenburg will meet together for Holy Week communion on Maundy Thursday, 7 p.m. April 21 at Graefenburg Methodist Church.   The annual Easter Egg Hunt is 10 a.m.-noon on April 23. Snacks, crafts, games, prizes, and Bible stories also will be provided.  The church will observe its annual “Service of Darkness” 7 p.m. on Good Friday, April 22.  Easter morning worship services are at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., with Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. The church is located on Highway 60 in Waddy, near the Shelby/Franklin County line.  For more information call 829-5324.
Greater Tabernacle Baptist
The church will “Celebrate Jesus” on Sunday morning. Guest will be Pastor Jerome Reed and the Nazerene Baptist Church of Leesburg. Greater Tabernacle Baptist Church meets every Sunday at the Kentucky Utilities Auditorium. Sunday School is 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Rev. Leslie J. Harris is the pastor.
Holy Cross Lutheran
Lenten services will be Wednesday evenings during Lent beginning at 7 p.m. A light meal will be served before service (6-6:45 p.m.)
Living Waters
Resurrection Sunday 10:30 a.m. April 24. Living Waters Church Music Ministry will present music of the “Passion and Resurrection of Christ.”
New Mt Zion Baptist
Easter Sunday Sunrise Service is 6:30 a.m. April 24.
Pigeon Fork Baptist
The adult choir will present an Easter Cantata entitled “As Sure as My Redeemer Lives” 11 a.m. on Easter Sunday, followed by a Celebration of the Lord’s Supper.
Rodeo Cowboy Church
The Rodeo Cowboy Church will be having an Easter sunrise service and trail ride at 8 a.m. April 24. Participants will be meeting at the Taylorsville Lake State Park in Shelter 1. A Good Friday service is 7 p.m., and service times are 9:30 and 11:15 a.m. on Easter morning.
Simpsonville Christian
Maundy Thursday service is 7 p.m. April 21. 24 hours of prayer is 12 a.m. Saturday, April 23 to 12 a.m. Sunday, April 24. Simpsonville Christian and Simpsonville United Methodist Churches are working together to present an Easter Cantata for everyone who wishes to attend at 10:50 a.m. on April 24.

Good Friday Service, a community worship service is 7 p.m. April 22. Activities for Easter, April 24, include sunrise service at 7 a.m., Easter brunch at 8 a.m., Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. and Resurrection Celebration at 10:45 a.m.

Maundy Thursday service is 7 p.m. April 21 at Waddy Baptist Church, with Rev. Sean Post speaking. Good Friday service is 7 p.m. April 22 at Waddy Christian Church, with  Paul Lipscomb speaking. Easter Sunrise service is 7 a.m. April 24 at New Life Baptist Church, with Tex Selph speaking.
