Driver slams into Sav-A-Lot

At least six people were injured Monday when a Mustang GT drove through the Sav-A-Lot grocery store in the Village Plaza shopping center on Midland Trail.

Police believe a seizure may have caused the driver to lose control. Witnesses said the driver struck several vehicles and mowed down a row of mail boxes before slamming into the block wall of the Sav-A-Lot at an accelerated speed. For more on this story, read Wednesday's Sentinel-News.
