DISTRICT JUDGE DIV.2: Donna Dutton

Emphasizing her record of tough penalties and case efficiency, Judge Donna Dutton is running for a second 4-year term in the 53rd Judicial District's Div. II courtroom. "I love what I do," she said. "I think I've done a good job, and I would love to continue to represent Anderson, Shelby and Spencer counties." Dutton sited her contribution to a lower crime rate in Shelby County since she took office in 2007, as well as the high DUI conviction rate in the 53rd District. "I'm tough on repeat offenders. I'm tough on drug offenders," Dutton said.
