Randy G. Graham, second-offense aggravator DUI and possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle -- plead guilty -- 60-day sentence, serve 14 days, balance conditionally discharged for two years, operator's license suspended for 12 months and $913 fine and costs.
