On Saturday five Shelby Countians represented the Shelby County Democratic Party by attending the Kentucky Democratic Convention in Louisville. Owen Humphress (from left), Fielding Ballard, Kim Sopland, Austin Redmon and Jane Elkin Thomas were voting delegates to determine everything from members of the State Central Executive Committee to 5th Congressional district delegates to the Democratic National Convention.
