Dancin' at Wright

Thanks to a Funds for the Arts Grant and our Arts in Action fund raising efforts, the students at Wright Elementary got to experience the world of Dance with Delilah Smyth and the Louisville Ballet. In February Smyth and four young dancers performed and instructed the entire school. Through the presentation and participation students learned about space, force, and time as well as interesting facts about ballet. In March Smyth returned to do a mini-dance residency with the fourth grade students.
