The following cases were heard by Judge Matthew K. Eckert:

William T. Groves, failure to wear seat belts and operating on suspended/revoked operator's license - plead guilty - 60-day sentence, serve 7 days, balance conditionally discharged for 2 years and $168 fine and costs.

Aristeo Hernandez, first-offense DUI, no operator's/moped license and second-degree indecent exposure - plead guilty - four-day sentence, operator's license suspended for 120 days and $778 fine and costs.
