The following cases were heard by Judge Donna Dutton:

Alejandro Ortega, no operator's/moped license -- guilty -- 30-day sentence conditionally discharged for two years and $243 fine and costs.

James L. Shuck, theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $300 -- guilty -- 30-day sentence and $194 fine and costs.

William O'Daniel, non-support -- guilty -- 120-day sentence conditionally discharged for two years and $144 costs.

David Aldridge, third-degree terroristic threatening -- dismissed without prejudice.
