Brittany D. Hinkel, second-degree disorderly conduct - plead guilty - 60-day sentence conditionally discharged for 2 years and $144 costs.

Bobby R. Haskins, speeding 15 mph over limit, possession of marijuana and first-offense DUI - plead guilty - 6-month sentence, serve 30 days, balance conditionally discharged for two years, operator's license suspended for 30 days, $728 fine and costs, and $300 to SCDAIF.
