Court report 9/28/09   District court The following cases were heard by Judge Donna Dutton:

Abelardo Nepomuceno Garcia-Trejo, reckless driving, possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure to wear seat belts, second-offense DUI, and no operator's/moped license - plead guilty - 4-month sentence and $1138 fine and costs; alcohol intoxication in a public place - guilty - $163 fine and costs.

William C. Payne, violation of Kentucky E.P.O./D.V.O. - plead guilty - 60-day sentence and $144 costs.
