Andrew L. Wilbert, second-offense DUI and possession of marijuana – guilty – 60-day sentence, serve 7 days and 10 days home incarceration program, balance conditionally discharged for 2 years, operator's license suspended for 12 months and $928 fine and costs.

Waldo Madrigal, reckless driving, first-offense DUI, no operator's/moped license, excessive windshield/window tinting, and first-offense failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – guilty – 30-day sentence, operator's license suspended for 120 days and $1,845 fine and costs.

Carlos M. Rodriguez, reckless driving, following another vehicle too closely, failure to wear seat belts, first-offense DUI, no operator's/moped license, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, and first-offense failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance – guilty – 30-day sentence, operator's license suspended for 120 days and $1,893 fine and costs.

Toinetta T. Akins, failure to wear seat belts and first-offense failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – guilty – $668 fine and costs.

Sean R. Amster, improper turning, first-offense failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, license to be in possession, and contempt of court – guilty – insurance monitoring for 12 months and $763 fine and costs, $400 conditionally discharged.
