Jesse Pullen, operating on suspended/revoked operator's license and third-offense DUI – guilty – 180-day sentence, serve 45 days, balance conditionally discharged for 2 years, operator's license suspended for 24 months and $1,278 fine and costs.

James C. Boswell Sr., first-offense DUI and second-degree wanton endangerment – police officer – guilty – 12-month sentence, serve 30  days, balance probated for 2 years, operator's license suspended for 120 days and $1278 fine and costs.

Taona C. Brewer, first-offense traffic in marijuana, less than 8 oz – guilty – 180-day sentence conditionally discharged for 2 years and $144 costs.

Ashley R. Husband, two charges of theft by deception – guilty – $183 costs.

Jason Jones, theft by deception – guilty – $183 costs plus diversion fee.

Marty Ray Rouse, first-offense DUI – guilty – operator's license suspended for 30 days and $728 fine and costs.

William S. Tracy, giving officer false name or address and second-degree disorderly conduct – guilty – 15-day sentence and $144 costs; leaving scene of accident/failure to render aid or assistance, first-offense failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, resisting arrest, third-degree terroristic threatening, menacing, and second-offense aggravator DUI – guilty – 180-day sentence conditionally discharges for 2 years, operator's license suspended for 12 months, $1,378 fine and costs plus restitution.

James R. McClain, violation of Kentucky E.P.O./E.V.O. – plead guilty – 30-day sentence conditionally discharged for 2 years and $144 costs.
