Bryan Cox, theft by failure to make required disposition of property – guilty – 30-day sentence conditionally discharged for 2 years and $144 costs.

Patricia P. Lay, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess – dismissed.

Tyler E. Case, possession of marijuana, first-offense DUI, second-degree possession of controlled substance – drug unspecified, and operating on suspended/revoked operator's license – guilty – 60-day sentence conditionally discharged for 2 years, operator's license suspended for 30 days and $978 fine and costs.
