Donna M. Thompson, controlled substance prescription not in original container – guilty – $394 fine and costs.

Rickie G. Goff, first-offense DUI, buy/possess drug paraphernalia and no/expired registration plates – guilty – 10-day sentence, operator's license suspended for 30 days and $778 fine and costs.

Paul E. Myers, theft by unlawful taking – guilty – 180-day sentence, serve 24 days, balance conditionally discharged for two years plus restitution.

Jason B. Thompson, fourth-degree domestic violence no visible injury and second-degree unlawful imprisonment – plead guilty – 60-day sentence, serve 10 days, balance conditionally discharged for 2 years and $144 costs.

Aaron H. Weston, alcohol intoxication in public place – plead guilty – 90-day sentence, serve 5 days, balance probated for 1 year and $144 costs.

William S. Page, second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing, reckless driving and disregarding stop sign – plead guilty – 60-day sentence conditionally discharged for 2 years and $164 fine and costs.
